• Any person submitting a play will be held solely responsible for any copywrite infringements and incurred legal actions with respect to the content of the play they submitted.

• This site and the owners thereof do not bear any responsibility for any copywrite infringement of any submitted plays. 

• If we decide to post your play on this site and we receive a donation for the use of your play, we will forward 40% of that donation to you.

• The owners of this site have sole authority in determining whether or not a submitted play will be posted on this site.

• The owners of this site have sole authority to remove any play at anytime with out the author's consent.
